Here are the current deals we’ve been able to negotiate with communities. The more of you we can get to work together, the better the deals.
1. City North at Sunrise Ranch
Offering a $99 total move-in, which includes your first month free and all fees.* They’ll also give you 3% off your monthly rent (average of $20/month savings on a 1-bedroom). These deals are available if you sign 6 leases together.
2. Trails at Crystal Park
Offering a $50 total move-in on specific floor plans, which includes first month and all fees.* They will honor it for a May or early June move-in, with a minimum commitment of 13 months (down from 15 months). We’re also working on getting 3% off your monthly rent.
This deal is available and more to come if we get a minimum of 5 leases at this community.
3. Fairway Knoll
Offering the same: $99 total move-in*, first month free and $350 off your second month’s rent.
4. Las Brisas
Offering $500 first month’s rent.
*Move-in specials are for one person. Additional people added to the same lease add $50 each to the application fee.
Some of you may have been considering Melograno. While it’s an option, we’ve received several bad reviews and the community has changed ownership 5 times in the last few years.
These deals are unheard of for May move-ins. They’ve only been offered because of Apartment Aces’ relationships with the communities. And you must move in by May 31st.

Is Your Lease Up?
Don’t forget that when you use us to find another apartment, we give you another $100 rebate.
Last year most apartment complexes in the area were only 80% occupied. This year they’re at about 90% occupancy. This means the deals won’t be quite as good.
Still, we’ve got some excellent options for you, including one property that will give you up to $500 off your first month’s rent.
Get a Group Discount
The more students we can commit to renting in one complex, the better deal we can negotiate for you.
